WF – HOPPER PUMP IN HYGIENIC DESIGN
The design of the WF food and hygienic pump from ROTOMAC is built for very highly viscous & minimally flowable products- with & without solids. It is characterized by a rectangular hopper with a compression zone and feeds screw conveyor
In the hygienic design, the pump is fitted with open joints. However, it is optionally available with closed pin joints.

- DISCHARGE PORT:
Made of stainless steel, polished inside, glass bead blown outside. Connection as standard to SMS,DIN, Tri Clamp - ROTOR:
Wear resistant and corrosion-resistant materials. Optionally with hard surface treatment.

In food-grade materials to suit applications as reqd.
- AUGAR TYPE CONNECTING ROD:
Connecting rod with Feeding Screw , it is also available with customized feature for special applications.

Rectangular feed hopper with conveying screw for pumping highly viscous products.
- SHAFT SEALING:
Available in Gland Packing, Single Mechanical seal as well as Double Mechanical seals - DRIVES & DRIVE ARRANGEMENTS:
Available in both Bareshaft Drive Configuration – FACB series, as well as Close Coupled Drive Configuration FDCB Series .
Geared motors, variable speed drives or frequency controlled motors are offered, Also offered are Drive shrouds made of Stainless steel.
- DRY RUN PROTECTION : Dry Run protection monitors the temperature of the stator and shots the pump down when the limit value is reached to protect the pump from dry running,
- OVERPRESSURE PROTECTION : The pressure gauge switches off the pump as soon as a pre-set pressure is exceeded or not reached and protects the pump from increased wear and tear or piping damage.
