FAS/FDC - Open Pin Joint
The hygiene-compliant design of the FAS/FDC food and hygienic pump from ROTOMAC is compliant with international Sanitary Standards. It can be cleaned without leaving any residues using CIP and SIP methods, and therefore meets the strictest requirements for hygienic cleanliness. Attributed to the special design of the corrosion and wear-resistant joints, maintenance work can be performed quickly and without special tools.

- Discharge Port:
Made of stainless steel, polished inside, glass bead blown outside. Connection as standard to SMS,DIN, Tri Clamp.
- Rotor:
Wear resistant and corrosion-resistant materials. Optionally with hard surface treatment.
- Stator:
In food-grade materials to suit applications as reqd.
- Suction Housing:
Made of stainless steel and internally polished with an external satin finish. The optimized pump casing with suction connection above the mechanical seal enables both product flow and CIP solutions to flow through the entire casing. The CIP-connection allows effective draining. Optional: double jackets for heating
- Shaft Sealing:
Available in Gland Packing, Single Mechanical seal as well as Double Mechanical seals - Drives & Drive Arrangements:
Available in both Bareshaft Drive Configuration – FAS series , as well as Close Coupled Drive Configuration FDC Series .
- OVERPRESSURE PROTECTION :
The pressure gauge switches off the pump as soon as a pre-set pressure is exceeded or not reached and protects the pump from increased wear and tear or piping damage.
- SEAL SUPPORT SYSTEMS:
We offer seal Flush, Quench, Barrier type support systems. barrier type systems protects the shaft sealing by selectively supplying barrier liquid. Also available with flow meter on request
